Our vegan and organic cuisine maintains the ecological spirit, for this reason we cook with sea water, an artisan culinary experience whose roots come from the Mayan world.
Our interest in the environment is also reflected in our fish and shellfish, which come from sustainable fishing and respecting the closed season.
How about ordering a grilled mushroom starter with grilled soy cheese, roasted garlic, dried tomatoes, olive oil and fine herbs? Without a doubt, our finely cared dishes will satisfy your appetite while you enjoy a beautiful evening.
In our vegan menu you can find: entrees, salads, rice dishes, tacos, toasts, side dishes, sorbets and desserts.
In addition to the grilled mushrooms, you can choose from other entrees:
  • Grilled Beets: A vegan jocoque with toasted sesame, baby arugula, olive oil and malt syrup.
  • Grilled Baby Carrots: With vegan cream with olive oil and beer honey.
There is no doubt that you will like our green salad with figs, as it is prepared with green apple, toasted almonds, figs, lettuce, red onion, dressing with honey and lemon juice. 
Or what about our mushroom farro? A vegan cheese made at home and served with beer, roasted mushrooms, thyme, shallots and parsley.
You can also enjoy our vegan grilled tacos, with grilled chambray onion, tofu cheese, roasted nopales and tatemada tomato sauce.
The toasts with pickled mushrooms are prepared with olive oil, sofrito, ricotta cheese, cured red onion, habanero, avocado and crunchy yellow sweet potato.
For garnishes you can choose from:
  • Roasted sweet potato with truffle: Truffle oil and grated black truffle.
  • Grilled baby vegetables: Chinese chard, baby pumpkin, mushrooms, asparagus, onions, sweet potato, garlic aioli.
  • Guacamole: Avocado, tomato, onion, vegan cheese and coriander sprouts.
Now if what you want is to enjoy a rich and delicious dessert, the Hibiscus roll is the one for you; with cardamom wrapped in philo fritters with passion fruit jam, red berries and Papantla vanilla ice cream. 
Lemon, red fruit and passion fruit sorbets can also sweeten your delicious meal.
